Weather Forecast

So hows the weather forecasting in your country,because in England it's shit.Millions of pounds spent of people's education and they are given millions of pounds of equipment to use and they couldn't give a correct forecast to save their lives,it never used to be this bad ,what has gone wrong?
There are two main weather forecasters the BBC and Met Office and here's the thing when I look at the weather forecast for London ,they are both different 90% of the time,
So I'm just about to go out and one forecast says light rain shower ,the other sunshine and then as I'm about to go out it absolutely pissed down.
Now I'm not talking about the odd day they get things wrong ,they hardly ever get it right..When they give a weather forecast can't they say it's just a guess because we haven't got a clue what we are doing.
What really makes me laugh is they give the weather forecast for the week ahead,when they can't get it right for the next hour.
But I have a suggestion for you how about instead of looking at a computer screen you look out the window.

 I've been trying to learn how to Blog and I'm having quite the time of it. UGH!!
I created one: The first thing I did wrong was put my email address where I thought I was supposed to. I couldn't even figure out how to make the first post on the OP I started with.

Then I went to Disqus and tried to add that. Next thing I know I have a DisqusBlog and the title is my email address. One positive, I was then able to post on the first Blog I created, but I don't know how to create anything on the Disqusblog. WTH?

So, I created another blog and tried again. I can't seem to add Disqus commenting on it this time.
Now, Paul has invited me to post OPs here.
Only it's not with my Alias account I'm using now, it's the one I used to create second Blog.

I have never been good on a computer when it came to playing.
I know how to do office work and I can type as fast as I can talk.

How is everyone else managing in creating a new place to post once Disqus goes poof?

Paul and everyone here seem to forget for long time that I'm a human being, so I tell you one last time that I'm a human being.

Who doesn't settle the score is not me, but the other posters here.
And you never care whatever they posted Paul.
You've seen all the "attack" meant for me, and it didn't matter to you.
CU as well, who can't settle the score while I did nothing wrong to her, meantime it's her who percecuted me.
And when I say something that makes sense, that bothers you much.

What I wanted is only one thing.
