dERpy Doxing Detente -- What exactly is doxing?

dERp has recently complained bitterly about being doxed.  I'm really confused about much of this.  There is a pattern of dERp claiming she has been doxed when people do to her things that she has done to others.  dERp denies that what appears to be the same activity is doxing when she does it.  The only consistency I can see in whether or not any particular action is doxing-according-to-dERp is whether or not dERp likes the person she claims is being doxed.
***
For example, dERp last week raised holy heck about Wish posting an image of her father.  I don't condone Wish's action, and in fact would rather he had not done it.  Still, I can see where Wish felt he had license to post this picture.  On dERp's dERpy Fluxus blog, at this moment, where dERp is the sole moderator, there is an image of another disqus commenter that dERp herself posted.  Before and after the image of this commenter contain a lot of dERpy vitriol.
***
Just to clarify the dERpy doxing standard, I'd like to ask a few questions.  dERp, please help me to understand what is, in your opinion, acceptable and what is not.
***
1.) Is it OK for you to post an image of, or related to the real life of, a disqus commenter with whom you is having a disagreement?
2.)  Is it OK for someone to post a real life image of, or related to,  you during a disagreement?

***
dERp really enjoys making claims about how she is being doxed when one posts just her unusual first name.  She claims that if one knows approximately where she lives one can determine her IRL identity.  The disqus TOS specifically PERMIT posting a commenter's name.  I don't condone posting a commenter's name personally and would prefer to never see a commenter's name on on disqus.  The dERpy dissonance arises here because dERp has posted the last name of another disqus commenter.  This commenter's geographical location is known on disqus.  The last name is relatively uncommon in that locality, and given that dERp also provided a very slight variation of that commenter's first name in the same post, it appears she has structurally done the same thing to this person that she complains about being done to her.
***
3.)  Is it OK for you to complain that you are being doxed by posting your first name when the disqus TOS, which prohibits doxing, specifically does not disallow posting full names?
4.)  Does a moral conflict occur when you complain about your first name being posted if you also posts the last name of a commenter, especially considering that this commenter lives in an area where the name is uncommon, and that dERp uses a very slight variation of the commenter's first name in the same post?

***
Recently dERp posted a redacted image of her own father.  My feeling is that she did this to secure her much sought after special-victim-status.  It was quickly learned that dERp had posted enough information to dox her own dad.
***
Regarding that same image, dERp had made a claim about Wish posting her father's "unllisted" phone number.  The image Wish posted (Once again, I do not condone the posting of that image.) contained a phone number that was included in the public webpage by dERp's father.
***
5.)  Did your desire to be seen as a victim result in the accidental doxing of your own father?
6.)  Is it legitimate to claim that Wish posted your Dad's "unlisted" number, when Dad himself listed the number by publishing it on a public website?

***
dERp recently claimed that I had doxed her by revealing that the taxpayers of her state paid her salary.  In my defense, earlier, I had stated that this number included 50,000 people, thus it was not PII.  I've done a bit more reading on the topic, and I now understand that there are over 200,000 tax-payer funded jobs in her state.  dERp insisted that I had doxed her by putting her in the category of having a job where her wages are paid by taxes collected by the citizens of that state.
***
This can be contrasted with recent postings on dERp's Fluxus blog, where she was the sole moderator.  At present, there are at least two doxing socks which have links back to my real life as part of their profiles.  dERp reached out to one of these socks, inviting it to post at her blog.  In the invitation she reposted the link back to my real life.  This post remained up for over two weeks in spite of my directly pointing the problem out to her 16 times.  The first 13 times she didn't even acknowledge the problem.  Another commenter on her blog also pointed out the doxing sock directly to dERp prior an mention of it by me.  Also, I've subsequently learned that the post where dERp doxed me was flagged a minimum of seven times before it was taken down.
***
In the past dERp had made specific references to being a member of a much smaller subset of that 200,000 + group I mentioned, the subset having around 3,000 members.  dERp claims my mentioning her being a part of a group of 200,000 people was doxing.  The link she reposted from the doxing sock she invited to post at Fluxus went to a group of fewer than 30 people and this group included children as young as 11.
***
7.)  Did I dox you by mentioning that you were one among 200,000+?
8.)  If yes to #7, did your previous disclosure that you were part of a subset of that 200,000+ that subset consisting of around 3,000 people negate any doxing that might have occurred?
9.)  If yes to #7, did you dox me by linking to a website for a group of only about 30 people which is tied to me IRL?

***
dERp's original ID was used to post revenge porn of a popular disqus commenter.  Recently, when confronted with this fact, dERp posted the name of the person who was the victim of this revenge porn, and further went on to describe a specific sex act.  dERp often describes herself as a feminist.
***
10.)  Was it doxing for you to name the victim of revenge porn?
11.)  Is your revealing the name of the victim and describing specific sex acts consistent with being a feminist?

***
dERp has over the years obtained PII from people by luring them to her blog.  She has bragged and gloated about having possession of this information.  dERp has told three different stories about how she shared this information with JOS.  Regardlss of which is true, JOS came into possession of the information through dERp.  JOS, who at this point had a well established reputation for doxing people by posting their Emails including Email addresses publicly, posted mine.  He also posted IP information obtained from dERp for myself and another disqus commenter.  There could have been no doubt that JOS would publish the information.  The disqus TOS in force at the time of the collection and at the time of the doxing specifically forbade the publishing of IP and Email addresses.
***
12.)  Did you dox disqus commenters by sharing email addresses obtained from your blog with JOS?
13.)  Did you dox disqus commenters by sharing their IP addresses with JOS?

***
At times dERp has claimed that posting a person's name on disqus is NOT doxing.
***
14.)  If this is true, how can you make the claim that posting only your FIRST name is doxing?

***
dERp, I know your education was critically substandard, and you'll need help with some concepts.  I want for you to think of detente as meaning, "If you don't have it, we don't have it."  Please answer the questions above and further expand on what is and what is not doxing.  Your readers simply cannot tell what you do and do not consider doxing based on what you have written to date.
