Are you banned at Disqus Disqus?

Banned from the only channel remaining, Disqus Disqus
When Disqus removed the channel system they left one channel remaining, Disqus Disqus. This is supposed to be the channel that Disqus commenters can go to and get help with technical issues about Disqus. The butthurt mod there, CaliCheeseSucks has banned me because she doesn't like me. I wonder if Disqus knows that they have a vindictive mod who bans commenters out of spite. How am I supposed to get help with tech issues if I am banned? I think a letter of complaint will be sent to Disqus about this.
