ANOTHER Black Teenager Shot And Killed in CHAZ / CHOP!

Yet another black teenager was shot and killed inside the Seattle area known as CHAZ or 

CHOP. The boy was just 16 years old. Another person, a 14-year-old boy,was shot at the 

same time and is currently in ICU. The surviving shooting victim is in critical condition 

and may not survive.
