In this shocking video, which includes LAPD bodycam footage shows the November 1 arrest of Manuel Hernandez, 37 who cops say shot at a police officer during a tense standoff and foot chase inside a Los-Angeles-area supermarket. Hernandez has been charged with attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon on a peace officer, false imprisonment and felon in possession of a firearm.
