Cell Phones - Are they good or are they bad?

In this modern age, you'd be hard pressed to know someone without a cell phone of some kind. And on those phones are apps...lots of apps. And there's no limit to the apps you can install on your phone.

Do you use all the apps already installed on your phone?

Is your phone attached to your hand or are you able to walk away from it for a day?
